Specific examples, realistic decisions, calm communication and respect for privacy. Explain what you would do, why, the limits of your authority and how you would follow up.

A thoughtful application.

  1. Check the current round and its eligibility rules.
  2. Answer 24 detailed scenarios across eight role-specific skills.
  3. Receive a private receipt; the owner reviews the skills assessment and your evidence.
  4. The owner may arrange an interview, practical task or development steps before a decision.

Every new round draws different questions. Open rounds retain their original questions and marking rubric.
